Grief involves any loss, not just the loss of a loved one. Grief can be loss of home, job or physical abilities and many other losses which we experience.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I work with the client to develop a plan, which includes practical solutions for adapting to change. Together we explore new opportunities for growth. Planning and therapy sessions are in a professional office setting. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfortable and private.

Gerda has thirty years experience as a professional social worker and therapist in Brevard County. She has counseled cancer patients, hospice patients and caregivers of dementia patients. She has also provided grief support to individuals and groups.
