If you want something you’ve never had, then you have to do something you’ve never done.
If we continue to address the problems in our lives with the same approaches that we’ve tried, unsuccessfully, in the past, we won’t effect the changes we want for the future. I believe that we can make changes to improve the quality of our lives. I work with my clients to identify what they want to change in their lives, and assist them in developing and implementing new strategies to achieve the results they desire. I utilize several counseling approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, and solutions-oriented therapies, which are very effective and are designed to help clients reach their goals in a timely basis
